We believe in sponsoring our girls to go to school because through education, comes freedom. In some cases, child marriage and Female Genital Mutilation can be avoided if the girl is enrolled in school. "If we educate and feed these girls, and give them employment opportunities, then the world as a whole will gain a new infusion of human intelligence, and poor countries will garner citizens and leaders who are better equipped to address those countries challenges." - Sheryl WuDunn, Nicholas Kristof

Rainbow Sandals Foundation Strikes Again!
​

The Rainbow Sandals Foundation is partnering with us to expand our milking goat and quail farm, providing nutritious milk and eggs for our children's growing bodies as they recover

from malnutrition. Now that we have the resources to scale the farm, we're projecting enough income to sustainably cover the education costs for approximately 20 children living in one of our safe houses every single year—including school fees. This is sustainability at its finest. Excited and grateful doesn't even begin to describe how we feel. A heartfelt thank you to The Oliver Foundation for making it possible for these children to start school this September. And thank you to The Rainbow Sandals Foundation for believing in our vision and helping us build a future where our children's education can be funded year after year through sustainable, local income rather than dependence

on outside support.
